Responsibilities
- Support design and development of fixtures, gauges, lifting tackles, and special tools for Assembly, Testing, Painting, Packing, and Fabrication.
- CNC machine programming and operating experience for tooling, fixtures, and component support.
- Develop and coordinate vendors for tooling, fixture spares, and special gauges.
- Identify and implement best practices and new assembly tools through market research.
- Maintain updated drawings, wear part data, and system documentation.
- Drive productivity and quality improvements through process change management.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for resource and activity management.
- Assist in annual budgeting for ATPP tools, fixtures, and spares.
- Support facility/process setup for new or modified components.
