SUMMARY This full-time, on-site role supports aerospace manufacturing operations in a regionally unique facility known for large-scale metal machining and assembly. The Manufacturing Engineer will focus on improving processes, driving quality, and supporting production from planning to product launch in a hands-on, high-spec environment. YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT IF YOU: Have strong experience developing machining processes for aerospace parts and components. Are comfortable creating and revising detailed work instructions based on customer specifications. Know how to identify root causes and implement corrective actions for production issues.
