Design and optimize company equipment from concept to final release, ensuring functional, quality, and cost efficiency. Lead manufacturing engineering execution, drive continuous improvement, and guide the team to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
Strong leadership skills to manage teams and own end-to-end project execution
Act as project-responsible Design / Manufacturing Engineer for complete orders
Prepare and maintain manufacturing and base documentation for various equipment types
Perform design using PTC Windchill (PLM), PTC Creo, and Autodesk Inventor
Apply creativity, problem-solving, sound judgment, and strong communication skills
Identify and drive cost improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams
Support quality improvement programs through process ...
