**Minimum qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience with SMT and box build manufacturing processes.
- Experience developing Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) manufacturing processes including acceptance testing, startup, and qualification.
- Experience performing DFx using tools like Valor and Allegro.
**Preferred qualifications**:
- Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in new site, line, or equipment bring up/transfer and qualification.- Experience in Project Engineering, overseeing NPI operational readiness for L6 and L10 levels.
- Experience in leading investigation of failure analysis and troubleshooting of Surface Mount Technology (SMT) process.
