Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of manufacturing processes for new and existing products. Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions using Lean, Six Sigma, and other continuous improvement methodologies. Collaborate with product design teams to ensure manufacturability (DFM/DFA) and support design transfers from R&D to production. Develop and maintain work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), process documentation, and control plans.
