Manufacturing Engineer

Description

We are seeking a hands‑on Manufacturing Engineer to own and improve manual assembly and molding processes for single‑use catheter products. The role is ~60% on the production floor and ~40% at the desk (often approaching 50/50), driving process capability, scaling output to additional machines, and producing crisp technical documentation in a regulated environment.

Analyze, stabilize, and scale manual/semi‑automated manufacturing processes (., injection molding of juncture hubs, pad printing, tipping, drilling) with an IQ/OQ/PQ mindset.

Design/improve tooling and fixtures; collaborate on CAM/CNC workflows; support fast turn tool changes on the floor.

Generate clear work instructions, technical reports, and product/test documentation (including biocompatibility strategy inputs) aligned to quality system and standards.
