Brazing Specialist for Automotive Air Conditioning Systems
Position Objective
Lead the
production launch
and optimization of
flame/torch brazing
processes for
automotive air conditioning tubing and components
, ensuring reliable aluminum joints, process stability, and compliance with OEM standards for quality, cost, and safety.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead
production start-ups and launches
for automotive A/C brazing processes. - Design, validate, and optimize
flame or torch brazing
processes for aluminum (tubes, fittings, and
IHX assemblies
). - Perform
machine setup and start-up
, including
pressure control
,
gas flow and mix adjustments
,
flame configuration
, and
torch setup
. - Define and standardize critical process parameters (pressure, temperature, time, surface preparation, and local atmosphere control).
