Manufacturing Engineer

JAC Products has an opportunity for a Manufacturing Engineer to join our team in Pedro Escobedo, Queretaro, Mexico . In this role, you will support Business Unit team members in the areas of problem solving, Lean and Continuous Improvement activities, and process development.

Overview

What You'll Do:

• Ensure that work cells are set up properly and contain the required equipment and information that enables the proper number of operators to produce products at the assigned run-rate and to the required specifications. This includes items such as Assembly Tools, Safety Devices, up-to-date Standard Work, Operator Work Instructions, and Error Proofing / Poke-Yokes devices, etc.
• Drive improvements through the JAC Products Performance System (JPPS). Implement lean manufacturing concepts on assigned cells and involve operators, maintenance, and tooling personnel in cell improvements.
