Technical Support

• Maintain and provide technical support for (module) test systems installed base (at BSG and suppliers) to ensure smooth continuation of equipment and module in serial production
• Assemble and validate new (module) test equipment
• Conduct EVT (electrical verification tests) for newly developed modules and supplier relocations
• Support outsourcing of R&D project designs to serial production suppliers, including module assembly and testing training.
• Creates and sustain production documentation: WI (Work Instruction) / TI (Test Instruction) / ASSIN (Assembly Instruction) ASSCH (Assembly Checklist and measurement protocols, etc.)
• Support Change Control process to keep machine BOM-lists up to date
• Provide technical support for Quality, Engineering and Production departments.
