Overview
This position serves as a bridge between Sales and Manufacturing, with the mission of maximizing company profitability.
By accompanying the sales team to customer meetings and providing product proposals and technical advice, the engineer supports sales activities. At the same time, the role is responsible for planning, building, and continuously improving manufacturing systems—including production lines, manufacturing equipment, and processes—to meet customer requirements.
Responsibilities
- Manufacturing / Production Engineering & Equipment Introduction (Main Responsibilities)
- Manage, improve, and optimize manufacturing processes for bonding wire products, including copper wire, silver alloy wire, Pd-coated copper wire, and other related products
- Set process parameters during mass production ramp-up, improve yield, and stabilize product quality
