Job Description

Manufacturing Engineer (Semiconductor | Pasir Gudang)

Support daily manufacturing and workshop operations including machining and parts processing.

Supervise operators to meet production targets while ensuring quality and EHS compliance.

Monitor production schedule, WIP, and output to ensure on-time delivery.

Work with engineering and technical teams on process improvement and productivity enhancement.

Support new production line setup, equipment commissioning, and ramp-up activities.

Prepare basic production reports and KPIs for management review.

Job Requirements

Degree in Manufacturing / Mechanical / Industrial Engineering or related field.

At least 3 years experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, or precision engineering environment.

Hands-on and comfortable working on the production floor.

Good communication skills in English; Mandarin is an advantage.
