What you will do:

• Support day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure consistent, efficient output
• Drive process efficiency, repeatability, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Collaborate closely with production, quality, and engineering teams
• Develop, optimise, and standardise manufacturing processes
• Design and implement tooling and fixtures to improve assembly and manufacture
