Job Description
The position of Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for the design, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing systems that meet the stringent quality and compliance standards required in the Aerospace and Defense sectors.
Responsibilities
+ Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes and systems to improve production efficiency, reduce waste, and ensure high-quality outputs in compliance with Aerospace and Defense quality standards in a precision machining environment.
+ Identify and resolve production issues, including mechanical failures, process inefficiencies, and quality concerns. Conduct thorough root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
+ Lead and manage manufacturing projects, including the integration of new products, installation of new equipment, process upgrades, and upgrades to existing systems. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in complianc...
