Your Role

• Identify and resolve equipment failures and operational problems to ensure continuous operation.
• Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs to proactively address potential problems.
• Support QA team by analyzing defect samples and providing countermeasures.
• Provide training to technician group to facilitate daily repair work.
• Plan and execute equipment reliability and efficiency improvement projects.
• Support new equipment setup.
