**Descripción y detalle de las actividades**
- Maintain in depth knowledge of lean and manufacturing programs to eliminate bottlenecks and inefficiencies such as setup reduction, higher yield, and space optimization. Ability to use CAD software (Auto-Cad, SolidWorks) in order to design efficient manufacturing and assembly processes for new manufacturing programs. Work closely with Safety and Health departments to assure the production area, tooling and fixtures are designed ergonomically and safe including rigorous adherence to 5S procedures. Predicated, Preventative and Reacted maintenance of machinery and equipment. Setup programs that provide high OEE. Oversee the identification, procurement, and implementation of capital equipment and small tooling required for assigned manufacturing or quality area
