Manufacturing Engineer

Description

The Manufacturing Engineer 1 position will provide production support by updating tooling and routings, assisting with NPI, reviewing current product change notices, driving continuous improvement initiatives, authoring standard work documentation in Teamcenter/SAP, and supporting 3D printing activities.
- This role will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team that includes Manufacturing Engineers, Project Engineers, and Facility Engineers.
- The Manufacturing Engineer 1 will also engage in Rapid Improvement Workshops (RIWs), problem-solving sessions, and participate in Learning Team projects.
- A typical day involves supporting the assembly floor by troubleshooting build issues and refining standard work to ensure safe, consistent processes.
