The company has grown each year and continues to increase both its revenues and workforce. Position Summary: Successful Manufacturing Engineers enjoy the challenges of working in a small engineering team environment to develop and implement creative new technologies for fabrication of outdoor products that enable next generation products for the company. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: Develop new fabrication technologies that enable the next generation of products for the company Identify, explore, and develop new manufacturing methods in support of market and product development activities.
