Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Harness Manufacturing Engineer with a solid background in harness fabrication and integration within the aerospace or aviation domain. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with IPC standards, manufacturing documentation, and strong troubleshooting abilities to support harness manufacturing activities.
Key Responsibilities
Design & Documentation
- Review and provide feedback on design and customer documents
- Prepare and maintain manufacturing documentation related to harness assemblies
Standards & Compliance
- Apply IPC-620 (Harness) and IPC-610 (PCBA) standards throughout the fabrication process
- Ensure compliance with aerospace quality and safety standards
