Manufacturing Engineering Coordinator

Your tasks
- Responsible for definition, plan, install, monitor and maintain production concept, factory layout, production equipment investments management, budget analysis for the plant and follow-up for its fulfillment
- Coordinate activities for process changes or new launches processes.
- Coordinate definition of manufacturing concepts for Delicias / Contitech vision.
- That the company complies with the safety, hygiene and environmental procedures required by the STPS standards.
- Coordinates definition of: standard operation sheet, work combination table and (standard work instruction) job instruction sheet including standard times (e.g. by time studies) based on work instructions and according to standards
- Define objectives and goals for ME department as well as performance tracking of its Direct collaborators.
- Administration of the training plan of the personnel that reports directly and approval of the plan at subsequent leves.
