Job Overview
The Manufacturing Engineer I supports daily manufacturing operations through hands‑on involvement in processing documentation, data analysis, and production troubleshooting. This entry‑level role focuses on shop floor support, working closely with production teams and operating under the guidance of senior management. It provides exposure to powder compaction using high‑tonnage presses and special processes such as powder coating and paint, while ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and operational requirements. This role includes regular interaction with international teams, supporting global manufacturing standards and best practices.
Responsibilities
- Provide day‑to‑day manufacturing support on the production floor.
- Assist in troubleshooting process deviations, quality defects, and equipment‑related issues.
- Develop, update, and maintain work instructions, SOPs, control plans, and process flow diagrams.
- Participate in continuous improvement activities.
- Support metal‑mechanical operations including powder compression and surface finishing processes.
- Collaborate with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Engineering teams.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments (internships acceptable).
- English language proficiency (100%).
