MANUFACTURING ENGINEERING MANAGER

A multinational engineering manufacturing company is looking for a Manufacturing Engineering Manager to be based in their Abu Dhabi office.

Successsful candidate would be responsible for managing all capital and process development projects: budget, technical objectives & timing, for managing the introduction of new products and changes in the workshop, for managing maintenance operations (plant site, buildings, equipment and related facilities) and implementing quality systems in the workshop.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Ensure that all work is implemented in line with the Quality Systems and follows the Lean Principles throughout the whole process – Lean Champion.
• Effectively manage the Engineering Department in support of agreed business objectives.
