Manufacturing Engineering Manager H/m

**Description du poste**:
Be responsible for designing and deploying the manufacturing industrialization and engineering improvements strategy to answer the customers and company needs and requirements. Optimize manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency, cost effectiveness, robustness as well as quality and safety in operations. Lead, manage and develop a team of leaders and manufacturing engineers, often collaborating with other departments like quality, maintenance, supply chain, production, etc, to achieve operational goals an implement continues improvements and strategic initiatives. Identify new skills, manage habilitations and competencies to answer current and future requirements. Define and manage the budget aligned with the competitiveness plan. Contribute to the development of leadership, hse & quality culture in the organization.
