**Description:**
You will be the Manufacturing Engineering Senior Manager for the Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD) Line of Business. Our team is responsible for shaping and driving the manufacturing engineering strategy for a portfolio of lower and upper tier defense product lines.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Manufacturing Engineering Senior Manager you will be responsible for leading a multi‑tier team that develops, supports, scales, and continuously improves production systems for high‑reliability flight hardware.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Define and execute long‑term manufacturing strategies, capability roadmaps, and capital investment plans aligned with program and enterprise objectives.
+ Serve as the primary manufacturing engineering interface to program leadership, internal & external customers, and executive stakeholders.
