Responsible for the Manufacturing Engineering organization operations. The MFG Engineering Operations Leader will be instrumental in shaping and standardizing strategic processes, driving alignment across manufacturing teams, and ensuring measurable outcomes that support the manufacturing engineering organization’s long-term vision and day-to-day operations. The Operations Leader will interface with other functions to provide effective coordination of metrics, dashboards, functional processes, and cross-functional initiative coordination.
