Job Description

Our client, a manufacturer of high‑precision, engineered components for multiple heavy‑industry sectors, is hiring a Manufacturing Engineering Technologist. This individual is responsible for the development, programming, optimization, and documentation of CNC/NC equipment, robotics, tooling, and gauging systems. This role supports production teams in improving process efficiency, solving technical issues, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Write, update, and optimize CNC programs for lathes and other programmable equipment.
  • Program and troubleshoot industrial robots including Fanuc, OKUMA, Motoman, ABB, and Mitsubishi.
  • Maintain and improve NC/CNC processing records and documentation.
  • Design and coordinate tooling and gauging for new and existing products.
