Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Manufacturing Engineer with an NTTS Certificate for a full-time position located in Sriperumbudur. Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in process optimization aimed at increasing manufacturing efficiency and product quality (Mandatory skill).
• Strong knowledge in lean manufacturing principles to reduce waste and enhance operational performance (Mandatory skill).
• Expertise in root cause analysis for identifying and addressing production issues swiftly and effectively (Mandatory skill).
• Solid understanding of quality control methods to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Proficiency in Six Sigma methodologies to systematically improve processes and eliminate defects.
• Experience in production planning to manage resources effectively and meet production targets.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail and strong analytical thinking.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and management.
