Manufacturing Head - Chemical Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

A. Plant Operations & Production Management

  • Plan, organize, and control daily production activities for Technical and Formulation units.
  • Ensure achievement of monthly and annual production targets (output, yield, OEE).
  • Monitor process parameters, batch performance, and ensure adherence to SOPs.
  • Optimize production cost, energy usage, and raw material consumption.

B. Safety, Health, Environment & Compliance

  • Ensure 100% compliance with all EHS standards, GPCB norms, and statutory regulations related to agrochemical industry.
  • Drive initiatives on Zero Harm, near-miss reporting, risk assessment, HAZOP, and process safety management.
  • Ensure timely renewal of licenses, consents, audits, and documentation.
