Manufacturing Intern

This internship offers hands-on exposure to real operational challenges while contributing to initiatives that directly impact Safety, Quality, and Delivery KPIs. As a Production Intern, you’ll support a strategic continuous improvement project focused on operational efficiency, process standardization, and long-term process stability. Working closely with the manufacturing team, you will gain practical experience in: Standardized work development and risk assessment activities Time studies, line balancing, and 80/20 (Pareto) analysis to identify productivity drivers Layout optimization and material flow improvement Engineering tools such as AutoCAD, DraftSight, and SolidWorks for templates and visual controls Downtime data validation and Power BI dashboards to strengthen data-driven decisions Technical drawing interpretation and Quality Management System documentation to support audits.
