Manufacturing Manager

About The Opportunity Harvey Fresh is seeking a Manufacturing Manager to lead site manufacturing operations with passion and commitment. Reporting to the Site Manager, you'll oversee daily activities, planning and coordination to meet output, budget and quality targets for our UHT/ESL, Fresh Fill and Processing production areas. You'll drive continuous improvement in safety, cost control and people management, while fostering a strong customer service culture. Success in this role requires excellent communication and organisational skills, with proven ability to deliver business improvements.
