Our client is a precision engineering company seeking an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead end‑to‑end production operations. This role combines hands‑on production leadership with process engineering, people management, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate has moved from Production Manager / Production Engineering roles and is comfortable operating in a structured, performance‑driven environment.

Exposure to Japanese manufacturing culture and casting operations will be viewed as a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage daily manufacturing and production operations to meet output, quality, cost, and delivery targets.
