A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen to lead our Manufacturing Operation at one of our primary manufacturing bakeries where you will also form part of the Site Leadership Team to drive a positive engaged culture. As part of FMCG, multi-diverse, matrix organisation, producing fresh, quality bread products feeding the UK. You will fully engage and influence teams to operate safely, provide clear and inspirational leadership and direction; build and develop cohesive operational teams for delivering optimal productivity and efficiency to meet all required KPI’s.
