Role and responsibilities
Operational Oversight: Management 3PL all receiving, warehousing, and distribution activities to meet quality and productivity standards.Quality: Management 3PL operation quality meet the criteria and build up the document follow up.Safety & Compliance: Enforce OSHA or local safety standards, conduct regular equipment inspections, and maintain a hazard-free work environment.Logistics Coordination: Liaise with transport companies and drivers to schedule inbound/outbound shipments and bridge with material and production planner on time delivery.Space Optimization: Design and implement warehouse layouts to maximize storage capacity and streamline picking/packing workflows.Accept 2nd shift working time (PM1:00~PM 10:00)
