Job Description
Linkou Factory specializes in the production of advanced Metrology tools, Reticle handlers, and Wafer scanners, managing the entire manufacturing process in-house. The New Product Introduction (NPI) Production Engineering team is critical in transitioning new products and design ns from the development phase to volume production. This includes overseeing system installation and qualification at customer sites, while continuously optimizing production and installation processes to align with organizational goals.
Role and Responsibilities
Process Design and Optimization
Design, maintain, and optimize production processes to adapt to changing output requirements.
Develop and implement methods to measure production performance effectively.
Support production to ensure product quality, resolve blocking issues, and enhance product maturity leading to successful volume production.
