Employment Type: Full‑Time Role Objective
The Operations Head is responsible for end‑to‑end operations management of the factory, ensuring on‑time production, quality excellence, cost control, process discipline, and team performance.
The role owns Production, PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch, and ensures that operations run system‑driven, predictable, and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
1. Production & Delivery Ownership Own daily, weekly, and monthly production planning Ensure on‑time delivery as per sales commitments Monitor and improve:
Output
Yield
Cycle time
Productivity
Ensure production targets are met without firefighting
