Job Description
+ Lead coordination and resolution of OSAT production site issues to ensure operational continuity.
+ Drive WIP management and build plan execution to ensure on-time delivery and production alignment
+ Execute customer and loading priorities to support business commitments
+ Monitor site output versus build plans and lead recovery actions for gaps
+ Identify and resolve site constraints to sustain production throughput
+ Manage inter-organizational transactions and material movements
+ Lead site scrap coordination and inventory disposition activities
+ Own inventory reconciliation and variance resolution
+ Issue assembly/test build instructions to manufacturing
+ Create, release, and manage work orders
