Location: Worcester, MA

Pay Rate: $23.40 – $25.00/hour (W-2)

Shift: 1st Shift | Monday–Friday

Schedule: 4:00 AM – 12:30 PM (30-minute lunch)

Duration: February 16, 2026 – May 18, 2026

Positions Available: 1

Overtime: Available as needed (fluctuates)




Position Overview

We are seeking a Manufacturing Operator to support multiple production areas within a heavy industrial manufacturing facility. This role will float across departments such as Hydraulic Molding, Casting, Finishing, and Kiln Operations, performing hands-on production tasks while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
