Process Improvement Specialist

The Process Improvement Specialist is responsible for defining, developing and supporting robust manufacturing processes during production line transfers and sustaining activities. This role focuses on deep process understanding and execution to ensure stable, repeatable and capable production of power connectors and cable assemblies.

• Define document release assembly and manufacturing processes during production line transfer
• Support the Engineering Manager in defining assembly process flow station content technical requirements
