ROLE:

Plan and coordinate production processes to meet company strategy, deadlines, and quality standards

Ensure necessary materials are available, manage costs, and optimize resource use

Supervise equipment maintenance and verify operational efficiency

Collaborate with Marketing and Finance to align production with company goals and sales projections

Monitor production lines, identify issues, and implement corrective actions

Develop and implement process improvements for higher efficiency and productivity

Track and report production KPIs, timelines, and budget performance

Lead teams effectively, ensuring motivation, accountability, and high performance

Promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement across production operations

Degree in Engineering, Management, or related field; manufacturing experience; proactive, organized, and solution-oriented
