Manufacturing / Process Engineer - Semiconductor MNC

Analyze customer requirements and design specifications, and generate tool paths using CAM software.

Collaborate with R&D designers to conduct DFM (Design for Manufacturing) analysis and improve manufacturability.

Program CNC machines, optimize cutting parameters, and execute manufacturing processes efficiently.

Oversee and apply various manufacturing techniques, including CNC machining and 3D metal printing.

Lead and manage the team to ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and continuous improvement; perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and hands-on experience with CAM software.

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, or a related field in a manufacturing environment.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
