- Plant expert in maintenance processes
- Leading a cross-functional project team to improve maintenance relevant KPIs across the plant (MTBF, MTTR, technical down-time, spare part availability, Maintenance losses,...).
- Analyze and further develop the maintenance procedures and processes
- Define and plan necessary resources and know-how required for a state of the art maintenance process
- Define the time line and the work packages to rollout the defined maintenance process.
