Overview
We are seeking a Manufacturing Project Engineer to join our dynamic team of industry‑leading experts in Cartago, Costa Rica (CR). Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will lead both SMT and FSS (Fountain Selective Solder) production resources at Lutron’s Costa Rica manufacturing facility. In this role, you will drive the installation and validation of new equipment, institutionalize SMT and FSS processes across the facility, identify root causes of quality issues and lead their resolution, and own key operational metrics including Efficiency, CPH, Utilization, OEE, Uptime, DPMO, AOIFC, PPM, and Execution Effected related to SMT and FSS operations.
