Key Responsibilities
Manages the planning, development, implementation and maintenance of manufacturing methods, processes and operations for new and existing products. Manages work assignments in staffing, scheduling, coordinating, and planning of personnel engaged in manufacturing engineering activities. Recommends and implements new processes and recommends new policies or procedures as necessary. Establishes and implements disciplined problem-solving methodologies to achieve yield, efficiency, quality and process capability goals. Effectively manages key Manufacturing Engineering projects while achieving project scope, budget and schedule. Prepares and controls departmental annual budget.
