Summary

/Objective:The Manufacturing Quality Manager will develop and implement quality management systems in a manner which fosters a culture of continuous improvement within the entire organization.Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
  • Implement robust quality systems in a highly complex manufacturing environment.
  • Be accountable for the quality of Samtec's manufacturing and processes, ensuring customer satisfaction, at our Taiwan manufacturing site.
  • Develop, manage and improve systems, reports and other tools in collaboration with key stakeholders required to ensure excellent quality levels.
  • Support resolution of downstream quality issues by managing and coordinating activities across Manufacturing Quality, Supplier Quality, Customer Quality, and Engineering organizations – may include working collaboratively with other Samtec sites.
