Achieve green customer scorecards and reach customer quality KPI’s

Improve Quality through training initiatives and safe launch procedures:

Drive sustainable improvement in COPQ through improvement actions to respect the finance targets

Perform enhanced process audits and LPOF

Focus on supplier’s performance and introduce the monthly scorecard review and risks in plant.

No PPIRP for safety/compliance issues due to clear lack of respect of Lear policies

Succesfully Leading a team

Key Requirements

  • Experience as Leader in a Quality Team in an automotive manufacturing environment
