Job Description

Main Responsibilities Include
  • CNC machine design and redesign.
  • Tooling and fixture design
  • Perform assessments for process changes and related investment requirements for cost studies
  • Understand engineering scope definition, Requests for Quotes (RFQ’s), sourcing, technical evaluations, design, manufacturing, and installation of air/mist/coolant collectors and filtration
  • Support and prioritize the Non-New Model (NNM) powertrain programs requests and ensure that approved programs are completed on time and within budget
  • Support all New Model (NM) program’s facilities aspects including site preparation and machine installation
  • Participate in the implementation of Stellantis Production Way (SPW) methodology, supporting all activities including deployment of advanced SPW tools and guide systematic root cause problem solving methods to attack risks
  • Development/improvement of process, cutting tools, fixtures, touch detail and equipment standards related to facilities infrastructure.
  • Preferred Master’s degree and Degree in Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechanical Design Engineering or equivalent
  • Preferred 8 years manufacturing experience, Powertrain Manufacturing and Machining processes experience.
  • Knowledge of design software.
  • Knowledge of Fatigue by Finite Element Method
  • Strong oral, written, presentation and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams responsible for developing, specifying, building, and launching powertrain manufacturing products
  • Ability to translate technical data and analysis into an executive summary format for presentation in easily understandable formats
  • Ability to embrace cross-functional teams responsible for developing, specifying, building, and launching powertrain manufacturing processes
  • English Advance Level
