Job Description
Supervise and efficiently manage the human resources, material and financial resources assigned to your production line according to the scheduled demand. Comply with the planned safety, quality, productivity, turnover, absenteeism and cost objectives (Scorecard/Key Performance Indicators) for their respective business unit, as well as the adequate labor development and performance evaluation of the personnel under their supervision.
- Effectively organize the resources assigned for the fulfillment of the production plans.
- Ensure that the requirements and specifications made by Quality and Engineering are carried out, in order to prevent problems in the product or process.
