**Descripción y Requisitos**
- Bachelor degree
- 2-5 years of proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role (groups with more than 60 members)
- Knowledge in Warehouse management.
- Familiar with PCB/assembly manufacturing production process.
- production abnormal analysis
- KPIS, Scorecard Management
- Knowledge and experience in TIER Meetings.
- Knowledge in 5’s and GEMBA.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills? together with a results-driven approach
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver
- Advanced skills in Office/PCBA/PFMEA/DFMEA/SPC/MSA/Car IATF/16949 experience is priority appointment.
- SAP Knowledge, account transfers.
- Availability for different shifts
- English: 75%, must be able to communicate.
