Our client is seeking a 2nd & 3rd shift Supervisors to join their team. As a Team Lead, you will be part of the Operations supporting the Manufacturing Facility. The ideal candidate will have leadership skills which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title: Supervisor**
**Location: Marion NC**
**Shift:** 2nd & 3rd Shift
**Pay Rate:** $24.00 per hour
**What's the Job?**
+ Supervise and coordinate the activities of production associates during the mentioned shift.
+ Ensure production goals are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
+ Provide training, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
+ Monitor workflow and adjust staffing or processes as needed to meet operational demands.
+ Maintain accurate shift records, including production output, attendance, and incident reports.
+ Enforce company policies and safety procedures consistently and effectively.
