The Manufacturing Supervisor will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of daily production activities to ensure efficient workflow and meet production targets, including scheduling, monitoring progress, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during production.
Essential Functions:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers to ensure the smooth and efficient operations of the manufacturing process Monitor production schedules and workflows to meet or exceed production targets and deadlines Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
