A client in the Gainesville, TX area is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor, in Pattern & Cushion Development to join their team for a permanent role. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising the development and fabrication of dress cover patterns/cushions for seating used in the commercial aircraft industry as well as supervising Proto Procurement. Must be capable of reverse engineering of products and have working knowledge of pattern/cushion development.
Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, setting schedules, allocating manpower, and ensuring compliance with safety and lean manufacturing standards. You will coordinate product changes with internal teams and vendors, maintain project timelines, train and motivate employees, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills and Requirements
- 3–5 years in pattern development (textile, leather, upholstery, or fashion design)
- Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- MRP system and scheduling experience - Experience in any software for pattern making
